Job Description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FINISH CARPENTRY INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN
Accurate Personnel is seeking a Finish Carpentry Installation Technician to join our client in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves delivering, assembling, and servicing high-end shelving, lift systems, and locker units at customer sites throughout Milwaukee and surrounding areas. We're looking for candidates with a strong background in finish carpentry who take pride in craftsmanship and detailed installation work.

Pay, Location, Schedule:
  • Starting at $25 -$35/hour, paid weekly
  • Monday - Friday
  • Location in Indianapolis, IN
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service automated shelving and custom storage solutions using a variety of carpentry hand and power tools
  • Perform finish carpentry tasks including precision cutting, measuring, fitting, and installing wood, laminate, and composite materials
  • Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to ensure accurate installations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing clear documentation of completed work
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and complete required certified training programs
  • Work independently or collaboratively with a team to complete projects on time and with exceptional quality
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required but is infrequent
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, or custom millwork installations
  • Prior experience in trades such as HVAC or general installation is a plus
  • High School Diploma or Technical School certification required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Basic computer skills for work documentation and communication
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Professional demeanor with clear verbal and written communication skills
