Responsibilities of a Heavy-Duty Diesel - Multi-Campus Trainer:

  • You'll travel weekly to training sites across NJ, delivering hands-on instruction in classrooms, workshops, and live work settings.
  • You'll be working with students in tight spaces, on lifts, under hoods - the same conditions they'll face in the field.
  • You'll use diagnostic software and tools to teach them how to think like a technician, not just follow a manual.
  • And you'll help shape curriculum that prepares people for the workforce.
Requirements of a Heavy-Duty Diesel - Multi-Campus Trainer:
  • 3+ yrs experience in Diagnostic and Repair of the following:
    • heavy-duty diesel engines
    • electrical and electronic control systems
    • brake systems
  • The ability to explain complex repairs clearly and confidently, whether you're in front of a whiteboard or under a truck.
  • ASE certifications or equivalent credentials are preferred.
  • Experience with apprenticeship or workforce development programs is a bonus.
  • Teaching or training experience is a plus but not required.
  • 100% Travel Within NJ
