IPTA's Technology Solutions Team is passionate about providing our customers with technical solutions that satisfy their business needs. As a member of our Technology Solutions group, you will work with a team of technologists focused on delivering innovative business solutions using emerging technologies through proven successful methods.

Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, and maintains IT systems for business clients
- Provides technical leadership, and supports and communicates system requirements to software development teams
- Plans and designs the structure and solutions of new IT systems
- Oversees the development and implementation of programs, and assures proper architecture is implemented
- Meets with IT managers and Software Developers to determine a company's processes and current and future needs and specifications
- Evaluates and determines appropriate software or hardware and recommends integration methods
- Measures the performance of upgraded or newly installed technology systems, and monitors systems to assure they meet business goals and user needs
- Determines if current systems can be upgraded or if a new system is required
- Provides a company with design ideas and schematics
- Troubleshoots technical systems issues and concerns
- Oversees all aspects of the system integration
- Provides the company with post-installation feedback
- Trains staff on system procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
- Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role
- Salesforce Application Architect certification required
- Active Security clearance required
