Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, logistics coordination, and accurate billing, while ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external partners to maintain timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily supply chain activities, including order entry, shipment tracking, and preparation of delivery documents.
- Process purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory transactions accurately using SAP.
- Generate, validate, and issue customer invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Program Managers, Finance, and Logistics teams, to ensure timely billing and efficient order fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing, order processing, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within SAP and other internal systems.
- Support supply chain process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Perform other supply chain support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics coordination role.
- Proficient in SAP (MM, SD, or relevant modules).
- Solid understanding of billing processes and financial documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with international shipping and trade compliance is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer portals.
