What You will Do

As a Service Manager, you will be the go-to leader for our service team - empowering your crew to deliver top-notch service and results. You will:

  • Lead & inspire service professionals through coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Set goals and crush them - helping your team hit production and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Be hands-on in the field - riding along, inspecting jobs, and making sure our standards shine.
  • Solve problems fast - from customer concerns to day-to-day challenges.
  • Keep operations running smoothly - managing inventory, vehicles, and scheduling.
  • Champion customer experience - ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
In short: you will help your team work smarter, serve better, and grow stronger.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 3-5 years of experience in pest control, termite, lawn care, or a related field
  • Leadership skills - you know how to motivate and bring out the best in others
  • Strong communication, both in-person and digital
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a "let's figure it out" attitude
  • Comfort using tech tools and smart devices
  • A clean driving record and a readiness to be hands-on in the field
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in outdoor environments
