Are you a passionate Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) looking for an opportunity to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

What We Offer:
• Competitive Pay - Earn up to $37.92/hr (based on experience & certification)
• Shift Differentials - $4.50/hr for nights, $3.00/hr for weekends
• Sign-On Bonus - Up to $20,000 for FT Nights & $10,000 for FT Days (with 1-year experience & 2-year commitment)

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Perform routine & complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages
Operate acute care ventilators for short & long-term mechanical ventilation
Accurately document treatments and update patient care plans
Maintain compliance with hospital policies & safety standards
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

What You Need to Succeed:

Education: Vocational/Technical or AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program (Associate's Degree); Bachelor's preferred
License: Florida State CRT License (Certified Respiratory Therapist)
Certifications: BLS (AHA) required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and reach frequently

Schedule: Full-time Nights (Rotating Weekends)
