Job Description:

Serve as an acquisition logistician Develop and perform logistics management operations that involve: Planning and coordinating execution of Integrated logistics support (ILS) for complex weapon systems Coordinate with various product management offices across various PMs and PEOs to: Plan, develop, and execute logistics program activities through life cycle of product Develop and implement logistics program activities including oils, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc. Coordinate efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel Resolve logistics problems Compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities Ensure development of all elements within assigned systems Oversee planning, implementation, and delivery of logistics support forgone equipment training, fielding, testing, demonstrations, and exercises Develop the initial Product Support Strategies (PSS) for assigned system(s) Oversee development of logistics planning activities Perform full range of planning, liaison, equipment, and control of logistics phases of field exercises and tests Integrate the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program Implement PEO/DA/DOD policy and procedures of acquisition Resolve complex logistics problems affecting numerous activities and units spread over large geographical areas Develop and initiate the implementation of corrective actions and program enhancements Responsible for the coordination, preparation, evaluation, and review of ILS management and planning docs

Qualifications:

• BA or BS in any discipline
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 8+ years of working experience directly related to integrated logistics support activities
• Experience coordinating with government Team, Program, and Customer representatives
• Experience with DoD and Army integrated logistics policies and regulations to include: Planning and executing sustainment activities
