A Day In The Life
  • Wear required PPE for designated work areas.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions from leads and supervisors.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6S policy.
  • Inspect own work for quality and conformity to standards.
  • Assist in training other employees and support team efforts.
  • Suggest improvements to supervisors regarding work processes.
  • Help maintain equipment and manage supply inventory.
  • Perform tasks in other areas as needed.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
  • Work overtime and weekends as required.
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • Basic reading and writing skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and use precision measuring instruments.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and initiative to improve productivity and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety equipment and procedures.
