Essential Duties:

  • Role Model positive leadership, high energy, effective communication and personal integrity to build and maintain a respectful, results oriented Culture.
  • Lead and Supervise a team of employees to ensure compliance with Brand standards, Company policies & procedures, and Government rules & regulations
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a passion to learn, to teach, and to help others grow their skills and careers.
  • Learn and execute in the areas of Revenue Growth, Financial Control, Human Resources, Customer Relations, Marketing, Facilities Maintenance, Technology, and Administrative Duties.

Qualifications:

  • Energetic with a positive outlook.
  • Aptitude to learn in this ever-changing business environment.
  • Highschool diploma (College degree is a positive).
  • Previous qualified management experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer and technology understanding.
