Job DescriptionManage all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and building codes. Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

The Successful ApplicantProven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare construction. Strong knowledge of ground-up projects and renovations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and construction software.
