- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV / LV. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough / Trim / Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

- Scope of Work : Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline / Scheduling : Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability : Keep actual hours at / below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders : Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control : Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets / Blueprints : Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders : Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Status updates in Project Management Software (DTools) at all times.
