Smart AutoCare is seeking an experienced and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support assigned business units and leaders. Reports to: Director of Human Resources, Global Headquarters. In Office Position.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with assigned business units and shared services teams to deliver high-quality HR support and ensure consistency in programs, policies, and practices.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs, including employee development, compensation administration, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Conduct investigations and manage employee relations matters with fairness and professionalism.
- Advise leaders on performance improvement plans and other corrective actions to promote accountability and growth.
- Support leave management, disability, and accommodation processes in partnership with shared services.
- Partner with HR leadership to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs focused on leadership development, compliance, and process improvement.
- Provide input on salary recommendations, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments, with a focus on pay-for-performance.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on trends and feedback.
- Maintain HR knowledge by staying current on relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist capacity.
- Solid understanding of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and compensation administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
