Job Description

Join a fast-growing, VC-backed B2B software platform as a Senior Backend Engineer. This greenfield opportunity involves designing and building the core, resilient, scalable, and asynchronous backend infrastructure that will power the next generation of software transactions. You'll be a key voice in technical direction, solving complex distributed systems problems and making a massive impact from day one.

What you will do
  • Design and build core backend services enabling complex, long-running, and asynchronous operations.
  • Create foundational frameworks and libraries for the engineering team to build new product capabilities.
  • Partner with leadership to drive key technology and design decisions, establishing best practices.
The ideal candidate
  • A systems thinker who designs for resilience, scalability, and observability.
  • 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, including complex distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in a modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and event-driven design.
