To drive HR strategy through effective project execution, employee engagement initiatives, and HR systems optimizationensuring an exceptional employee experience and scalable processes across the organization.

Overview

IHS is hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner in HR-related project management, optimize systems and strengthen employee engagement programs across multiple brands and locations. This role serves as a connector between operations, HR, and systemsensuring smooth execution of initiatives while driving culture and compliance.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in implementing process improvements, driving cross-functional projects, managing configurations in HRIS platforms, and supporting internal communication and engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner and execute HR projects across areas such as onboarding, engagement, benefits, process improvement, and policy alignment
  • Collaborate and drive system configuration and workflow optimization
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to improve employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs
  • Monitor, analyze, and present people metrics related to engagement, turnover, onboarding, and culture
  • Support implementation of new HR tech, workflows, or platform enhancements
  • Build and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and training guides for systems and programs
  • Participate in policy development and communication plans for people-related changes
  • Partner with field leadership to support culture, feedback loops, and best practice sharing

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Generalist or HRBP roles.
  • Strong experience managing or configuring Paylocity and/or UKG (Ready or Pro) systems preferred
  • Experience working in cross-functional projects and supporting organizational change
  • Background in employee engagement, culture-building programs, or internal communications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret people data and KPIs
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
