Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist that has Oil and Gas upstream experience, to join our finance team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and coding of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles Accounts Payable invoice coding for an E&P Oil and Gas organization
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable for an E&P Oil and Gas company
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- E&P ERP system experience ideally in DocVue, Excalibur, Open Invoice, Ogsys, Bolo, or Enertia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
