Job Description

Smartsheet Platform Administration

  • Serve as the primary Smartsheet System Administrator, managing user licenses, security settings, access controls, support tickets, and governance.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator, Solution Architect, or similar role.
  • Deep technical expertise in Smartsheet, including Control Center and Blueprint management.
  • Proven ability to build complex, data-driven dashboards and reports for executive and portfolio use.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet premium apps/integrations such as Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Jira Connector (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
