Our Lead Receiving Associates are responsible for performing a variety of receiving and merchandise processing duties, including but not limited to:

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and productivity of the receiving process.

  • Ensuring merchandise is correctly checked in, ticketed, hung, folded, tagged, and delivered to the proper staging or selling floor area daily.

  • Accurately inputting all receiving information in the Store Receiving and Transfer (SRT) System and Managers Workstation.

  • Maintaining all receiving paperwork and files.

  • Processing RTVs, transfers, and damaged merchandise promptly and accurately according to company procedures.

  • Using proper receiving procedures to control inventory shortages and overages.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders to reach merchandise or supplies.
