Job DescriptionLead MEP scope from preconstruction through closeout on a large-scale data center project. Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Collaborate closely with field leadership, design teams, and owners to deliver a highly technical, fast-track build. Manage budgets, change orders, and reporting with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience in a Project Manager title. Strong background in MEP systems. Previous experience on data center or mission critical projects. Willingness to travel, for the duration of the project.
What's on OfferBase salary: Open, depending on experience. Project completion bonus: Projected at $100,000. Annual bonus: 20% of base salary. Housing stipend: $1,500-$2,500/month. Relocation assistance provided. Travel home twice per month. Example: A $150K base salary can realistically total ~$250K with incentives.
