Custodial Maintenance

Follows and maintains knowledge of all district policies and procedures. Sweeps, dust-mops, wet-mops, scrubs, strips and waxes floors, vacuums carpets; ability to operate an auto-scrubber, buffer, and scrubber. Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and cleans windows and doors. Cleans and sanitizes sinks, countertops, microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators in the break area. Cleans and empties trash and replaces trash. Dusts desks, furniture, and windows. Picks up trash, maintains school grounds (ability to operate a mower and weed eater). Performs other cleaning, as needed, to maintain a clean, safe environment. Maintains custodial floor. Follows all Material Safety Data Sheet directions on all chemical products used by the Conway Public School District, uses proper labeling, and follows all safety procedures. Ability to work and communicate with other personnel working for the Conway School District and the students who attend Conway Public Schools. Other duties, as assigned.
