- Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the telematics data platform and influence its roadmap
- Collaborate with firmware engineers and vehicle experts to enhance visibility of vehicle data for customers
- Work with engineering teams to make design decisions that ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ship features based on customer feedback and measure their impact for continuous improvement
- Champion and embody the company's cultural principles as the organization scales
- 5+ years of professional industry experience in software development
- Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as Java, Python, or Golang
- Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems
- Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver project milestones effectively
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience working on production systems managing large amounts of data
- Proven track record in designing and developing highly reusable interfaces
- Experience shipping to customers or building platforms
- Familiarity with Golang for building production services
- Skills in fostering collaboration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
