Physician, Concierge Medicine

Opportunity Information

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a patient-centered Concierge Medicine Physician to join our established concierge primary care practice in San Francisco. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide highly personalized, relationship-based care within a collaborative and mission-driven system committed to improving the health of the communities we serve.

In this role, you will manage a reduced patient panel, allowing you to deliver proactive, comprehensive care and spend meaningful time with each patient. You will work closely with a dedicated care team focused on access, service excellence, and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to an exclusive concierge patient panel
• Conduct preventive health assessments, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
• Build lasting patient relationships through high availability and personalized service
• Coordinate care across Sutter's integrated network and advocate for patients
• Participate in practice development, concierge program initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
  

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to preventive, patient-centered care
• 5+ years of concierge or direct primary care experience required
