Subject: Project Manager Opportunity Fort Myers, FL
As we head into the new year, were partnering with a well-established NATIONAL general contractor in the Fort Myers area that is looking to add a Project Manager to support municipal, government, and public?sector construction projects.
This role is ideal for a well?rounded Project Manager who enjoys managing complex work, collaborating with public agencies, and working closely with field teams to deliver quality projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Managing day?to?day operations of municipal and public?sector projects
- Coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
- Tracking schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Supporting preconstruction efforts, estimating, and value engineering
- Ensuring compliance with public agency requirements and safety standards
- Communicating effectively with owners, inspectors, and internal leadership
- Experience managing public, municipal, or government?funded projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
- Comfortable working with schedules, budgets, and reporting tools
- Team?oriented mindset with a desire to grow and develop professionally
