The Project Manager- Commercial Interiors - Queens, NY will be a pivotal growth/change agent as the general contractor continues to grow.
Job DescriptionManage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to meet project goals. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management. Oversee procurement and allocation of resources for construction projects. Lead project teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
