Join Our Healthcare Team as a Rheumatologist in Findlay, Ohio

We are currently seeking a dedicated Outpatient Rheumatologist (MD/DO) who values work-life balance, autonomy in practice design, and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the Wellness Park.
  • Design a personalized schedule that suits your lifestyle: choose between part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off.
  • Select your preferred patient mix and age group.
  • Collaborate with a comprehensive range of medical and surgical specialties.
  • Engage in weekly on-site CME and participate in Mayo Clinic Care Network programs.
  • Work with experienced staff in a supportive care team model.
  • Enjoy full practice autonomy to influence practice direction and improvements.
  • Utilize Cerner EMR integrated across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Optional teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees.
  • Leverage resources including Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert.
  • Benefit from 24/7 in-house hospitalist support for any inpatient needs.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
  • Unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willingness to obtain.
  • DEA must be obtained prior to starting.
  • Clean malpractice history.
  • Strong interest in working within a collaborative healthcare environment.
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Rheumatology or completion of residency/fellowship training within the last five years.
  • Must possess a current and unrestricted medical license in Ohio (or be willing to obtain).
  • DEA registration is required before start date.
