As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols across the hotel and resort property, including common areas, guest floors, parking lots, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access and promote a welcoming environment for guests.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity according to property protocols.
• Assist guests and staff with security-related questions and provide directions or information as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel or resort staff to support special events, guest services, and other activities requiring a security-related presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and first aid are preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
