This position involves performing maintenance tasks across various skill levels, including preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and supporting engineering projects.
Responsibilities include:- Leading safety, quality, and policy adherence.
- Operating maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
- Detecting, documenting, and reporting equipment issues.
- Training other maintenance staff as needed.
- Supporting engineering projects and troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
- 2+ years of technical training and 3+ years of experience for Level 1; 5+ years for Level 2; 7+ years for Level 3.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Basic welding skills for Level 1 and proficiency in mechanical/electrical tasks for higher levels.
- Experience with PLCs and ladder logic preferred for Level 3.
