Accounting: The revenue accounting clerk is responsible for collecting, sorting, and accounting for the gaming documents generated by the Slot and Table Games departments on a daily basis. Assists in the Audit of the daily gaming and cashiering activities of the casino.

Prepares and distributes various reports to management.

Prepares currency transaction reports in a timely manner.

Assists in maintaining patron tax files.

Administration

Conducts inventories to report cost of goods sold.

Files, sorts, and matches Casino and Cage documentation.

Maintains the manual document inventory, including unused, issued, and used documents.

Audit

Assists in performing card, dice, chip, and / or token Audits as necessary.

Audits non-gaming revenues by reviewing, recording, and balancing all Cashier activity. Audits Outlet Cashier activity and generates Cashier variance reports.

Reporting

Conducts inventories by taking a physical count of food, beverage, retail, and tobacco items.

Prepares variance reports, potential revenue reports, and other cost analysis as required.

Summarizes outlet revenue by type (cash, coupon, comp).

Participates in inventories of food, beverage, retail, tobacco items, and warehouse.
