What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Define and execute the strategic direction for the IT portfolio in alignment with enterprise goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Oversee execution of enterprise projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, translating needs sestable strategies
  • Manage relationships with external partners and oversee budgets and vendor performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years working with Sales processes, specifically within Salesforce
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Business Development
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive product management experience
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a hybrid and distributed organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale IT initiatives in a complex operational environment
  • Experience in aligning technology initiatives with business strategy
