Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk/Admin to support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks. This role includes data entry, documentation, scheduling, and assisting with the coordination of interviews. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties to support warehouse operations.
  • Manage data entry for inventory, inbound/outbound shipments, and daily logs.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, reports, and records.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews for warehouse positions.
  • Communicate with supervisors, associates, and applicants as needed.
  • Support order processing, labeling, and documentation.
  • Maintain accuracy in records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide general office support such as filing, scanning, and responding to emails.
  • Help with other warehouse tasks when needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or warehouse support roles (preferred).
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email communication).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime if required.
Shift & Pay
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM 12:30 AM | $19.00/hr
