A day in the life...

We are looking for a motivated and detail?oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Hotel Shared Services finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting multiple hotel properties by processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strong relationships with hotel teams and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer?service focused, and familiar with the hospitality industry's unique financial processes. This role supports multiple hotels.

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices for multiple hotel properties in a shared services environment
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents (3?way matching)
• Ensure accurate coding of invoices in line with property and departmental budgets
• Monitor approval workflows and follow up with hotel teams as needed
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) in accordance with company policy
• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements (e.g., W?9s, 1099s)
• Respond to hotel property and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in month?end closing activities and audits

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, and highly motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability interact at all levels of the organization.
• Great communication skills (verbal and written)
• 1+ years AP or accounting experience.
• Excellent computer skills (accounting system, excel, report writers)
• Knowledge in Acumatica and Craftable a plus

Salary

$27.00 to $30.00 an hour
