As a Field Marketing Specialist, youll play a key role on our Global Field and Demand Gen Marketing Team, bridging the gap between thoughtful marketing strategy and sales growth. Things Youll Do
- Partner with the Head of NA Enterprise Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive pipeline growth.
- Champion Account-Based Marketing initiatives and support logistics for field events, webinars, and sponsorships to accelerate targeted accounts.
- Own end-to-end coordinationbudgets, scheduling, follow-up, and reportingensuring programs generate and convert qualified leads.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using metrics tied to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Process invoices and expenses accurately to enable clear, real-time reconciliation.
- Ensure all program assets and communications align with our brand and deliver a seamless customer experience.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- At least 3 years of experience supporting field marketing events and programs, including hands-on event management.
- Strong track record collaborating with direct sales teams, SDRs, and cross-functional partners.
- Proven ability to assist with budget tracking, reconciliation, and pipeline-building responsibilities.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms (creating emails, lists, and landing pages).
- Metrics- and data-driven approach to tracking, reporting, and improving performance.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support events and programs.
