CPM Solution ArchitectWe're looking for a CPM Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business needs. You'll build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, work closely with business processes, and lead initiatives to design and deliver impactful solutions.
In This Role, You Will:- Build highly collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, design prototypes, create proof-of-concept models, and contribute to solution designs.
- Develop and implement solution architecture for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Work on application integration and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and planning processes.
- Guide and mentor team members while working on impactful projects.
- 3-5 years of experience in solution architecture, implementation, and application integration within CPM platforms like Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, or Oracle Hyperion/EPM.
- Strong technical expertise in data visualization, user experience, and planning workflows.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and design collaborative solutions that meet business needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to understand business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Finance is preferred.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing business needs.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to quality and detail.
