Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 01/04/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Examinations/Procedures Reviews and evaluates requisitions for Diagnostic imaging procedures, abstracting data from patient charts and determining appropriateness of procedure prescribed given diagnosis and clinical signs for routine examinations. Identify patients according to Hospital Policy with 2 identifiers. Selects appropriate equipment and technical factors to identify pathologic and normal anatomy. Assesses patients' and parents' physical and emotional status and ability to respond to instructions and develop a care plan for that patients' specific needs. Explain the examination and is able to answer questions from patient and parents regarding the exam and Radiation exposure, practices ALARA.
