Youll be the face of our community and all we represent.**Responsibilities:*** Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude.* Manage the Reception schedule and ensure all shifts are filled.* Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.* Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.* Assist residents and their families with general information and inquiries.* Coordinate appointments and meetings for residents with various community services.* Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.* Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.**Qualifications:*** Have a high school diploma or equivalent.* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service Leadership or role within the veterinary industry is preferred.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Reliable attendance and Punctuality as the team leader of the front staff.* Proficient in using basic office equipment and computer applications.* Empathy and understanding for the needs of senior residents.* Be compassionate and patient, professional and courteous at all times.* This position's starting pay is $19.00, but it is based on experience.As the face of our community, you will bring joy to everyones day.
