The District 5-2 WIC Program is more than a nutrition program were a caring community dedicated to helping families grow healthy and strong. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of women, infants, and children across Georgia by providing nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, and nutrition education while connecting families to vital community resources. Through compassionate and culturally responsive services, we empower families to make healthy choices and build lifelong wellness.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure program compliance.
  • Supervise clinic and Call Center staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance.
  • Support staff training, development, and communication.
  • Maintain efficient workflows and high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate with leadership to meet program goals and standards.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field and three (3) years of managerial or supervisory experience; or seven (7) years of related professional experience, including three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role; or three (3) years of experience at the lower-level position of Manager, Business Operations (GSM010).
