Now offering a $1,500 sign on bonus for Medical Assistant & Medical Office Specialist New Hires

Effective August 26, 2025 and expires December 31, 2025. Applicable only for MA & MOS positions in the Centers of Excellence and Maryland Family Care practices, of which this role applies to.

Responsibilities:

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:

Room patients and obtaining vitals
Entering patient information into electronic medical record (EMR)
Setting up and assisting with office procedures
Chaperone providers during patient examination
Taking pre-op and post-op photos of patients
Maintaining surgical instruments and transporting instruments to Central Sterile (CSS)
Processing surgical specimens and transporting them to Pathology
Maintaining and stocking exam rooms
ordering clinical supplies
Completing FMLA and Disability forms
Cleaning and resetting exam rooms
Travel to satellite locations as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Education and Work Experience:

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • A minimum of one year experience is preferred as a Medical Assistant or EMT-Paramedic

Min:
USD $17.83/Hr.

Max:
USD $26.75/Hr.
