About the job Physical Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate patient conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and support recovery through innovative therapy techniques. This role involves collaboration with the care team, patient families, and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve function and mobility.
- Educate nursing staff and patient families on follow-up care to support ongoing recovery.
- Document patient progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable state/federal laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
