Working knowledge of maintenance and repair of buildings, fixtures and equipment; ability to make a variety of simple repairs and adjustments to buildings and equipment; ability to lift moderate weights; willingness to perform routine manual work under all weather conditions; physical endurance and physical condition commensurate with demands of the position. Work in conjunction with Food Service and deliveries of mail, interoffice, and out-of-area pick-ups. Also work in conjunction with the Grounds Dept, to include mowing, grounds maintenance, Campus landscapes, plowing, shoveling and inclement weather cleanup. Shift start time(s) are subject to change to fulfill the needs and requirements of the District.
