THE POSITION

The City of Commerce Camp Program is located at Lake Arrowhead, CA.

Under general supervision, cleans kitchen and dining areas, in compliance with health department regulations.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

  • Cleans kitchen, and dining areas; maintains clean and sanitary conditions in facility in order to assure the highest degree of cleanliness of food production and service areas.
  • Cleans dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment; cleans tables, chairs, floors and surfaces; assists in setting up dining areas and beverage service centers for meals.
  • Recognizes, avoids, and reports unsafe conditions, accidents and injuries.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
No specific educational and experience requirement.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Required Licenses or Certifications:
Possession of or ability to obtain Food Handler's Certificate from the County Health Department.
