Culver's of Grand Island is looking to hire new Shift Leaders

We are looking for leaders with previous experience in quick service restaurants to help lead our crew

Qualified Candidates: Those with at least 1 year of experience in a quick service restaurant leadership position.

Competitive Starting Pay Based on Experience and Availability

40 Hours Plus Available: Starting Pay of $18.50 to $25.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:
  • Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
  • Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
  • Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated passion and leadership
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A genuine smiling personality
  • 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred but will train
