Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $320,000–$330,000
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Family Practice Physician to provide patient-centered primary care in a community health clinic, with an emphasis on prevention, continuity of care, and improved access for underserved populations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions in adult and family patients.
- Provide preventive services, health screenings, and patient education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all documentation, regulatory, and clinical practice standards.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution; board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Prior experience in a community health or underserved setting preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
