Physician - Behavioral Health

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team.This is an In-patient position.
Position Highlights:
- Primary outpatient psychiatry
- Assist in coverage of inpatient services as needed
- Expected schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Required to supervise mid-levels (APPs)
- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts for consults via telehealth and/or in-person across the Piedmont system
- Open to supervision of medical students
- Call (if needed) for outpatient clinic
- Epic EMR
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- Active or eligible for medical licensure in Georgia
- Experience supervising APPs is preferred
- Strong clinical and leadership skills Provide evaluation and management of psychiatric patients
- Previous experience with ketamine and TMS preferred
- Experience treating both adults and adolescents preferred
