Partnered with a client who is on a mission to turn data into a strategic advantage. They're looking for a Data & Analytics Manager who will architect and optimize the platforms and reporting systems that fuel smarter decisions across every corner of the business. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how the client captures, analyzes, and leverages data to drive growth and efficiency.

What You'll Own

  • Build the backbone of data intelligence: Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and architecture that power real-time insights.
  • Turn numbers into narratives: Deliver dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that help leaders make confident decisions.
  • Champion automation: Streamline manual processes through digitization and smart workflows.
  • Visualize with impact: Use tools like Power BI or Tableau to transform complex data into clear, actionable stories.
  • Integrate and innovate: Connect new tools with ERP and CRM systems and explore AI/ML opportunities to unlock business potential.
  • Drive a data-first culture: Collaborate across teams to align priorities and embed analytics into everyday operations.
  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to U.S. Export Control Laws. U.S. citizenship required
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required (quantitative business or STEM preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data integration
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into clear insights for decision-making
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Extras
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI) and MLOps.
  • Project management or Agile methodology experience.
