Job Description

A service technician will be a part of a team that will focus on maintaining a group of Industrial Accounts in Houston, TX and the surrounding area. This position focuses on ensuring our chemical feed equipment is properly working and our products are transferred in a safe manner. Safety and communication are the highest priorities in this job. It's important to discuss all daily, or weekly, tasks with your engineer/sales team.

-The primary resource who performs routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including data entry and contributes to service report preparation.
-Interfaces with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment
-Manages product inventory at the customer including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks
-Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring
-Delivers chemical and compiles trial data at the customer site
-Alerts the site manager or support engineer of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issues
-Conducts expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts
-Specs out, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment
-Works with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance.
