Industrial/Factory Maintenance Technician

Blue Iguana Car Wash is a fast-growing industry leader in Springfield. Our Quality Control & Maintenance Team keeps our state-of-the-art facilities running at peak performance — and we’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Maintenance Technician to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple sites, standard is a M–F schedule.
- Troubleshoot and repair car wash equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and motors.
- Handle welding, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical projects.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance tasks.
- Work independently and as part of a team to keep equipment running smoothly.
- 1+ year of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience (preferred).
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance skills.
- MUST BE Positive, self-starter attitude with strong communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- OSHA 10 before start; OSHA 30 within 30 days of hire.
