Description

Join our dedicated team as a Full-Time Physical Therapy Specialist at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center. In this role, you'll work 8-hour day shifts, focusing on enhancing patients' movement and health.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying health improvement opportunities
  • Implementing interventions for existing and emerging health issues
  • Setting functional goals and developing treatment plans
  • Educating patients and caregivers on health and wellness
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare providers for optimal patient care

Required Qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
  • Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering Physical Therapy Services in various settings
