We’re hiring a Punchout Technician to ensure upscale residential units are completed to high-quality standards before turnover. This is a hands-on role focused on detail work, quality control, and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform touch-up painting and cosmetic repairs
  • Complete light trim carpentry and caulking
  • Handle drywall repairs and minor patch work
  • Perform light plumbing fixes as needed
  • Support general construction clean-up and final checks

Requirements

  • Experience with residential punch-out or finish work
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
