Job Summary:

Seeking a Technical Specialist to support the Client Medicaid Services project. Role includes leading technical assistance efforts with participants and EHR vendors, supporting data integrations, and managing technical infrastructure for Client and SAS environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical assistance for data integrations with EHR vendors.
  • Support/monitor Client and SAS technical environments.
  • Manage change orders, updates, and bug fixes for the Clinical Portal.
  • Develop SQL/SAS/HealthShare queries for data analysis and reporting.
  • Validate data extracts, transformations, and load processes.
  • Support analytic and outbound data services.
Required Skills (5+ Years Each):
  • Effective communication & stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical proficiency with healthcare data systems and digital platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building ability.
  • Data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
