About the Role

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Junior SAP Change Management Trainer. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in the training development and delivery during the SAP Build phase of a significant implementation program within the Life Sciences sector. You will collaborate with the OCM Lead and subject matter experts to create engaging end-user materials and conduct impactful training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging SAP end-user training content, including eLearning modules, workshops, and instructional guides.
  • Assist the OCM Lead in executing a comprehensive training and communications strategy tailored to our user base.
  • Work closely with process owners to gain insights into new workflows and convert them into user-friendly training materials.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions designed for diverse global audiences.
  • Monitor training participation and gather feedback to continuously enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support post-go-live and update relevant documentation as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP training or change management support roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or Concur modules.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of OCM frameworks or methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Experience in training coordination or curriculum design for large-scale rollouts.
  • A willingness to remain engaged for future deployment waves post-build.
