Job Title: Automotive Master Technician / A-Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles.
  • Expand your experience as an automotive mechanic by working on both domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Perform thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Adhere to our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with advisors regarding customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to serve customers.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Able to meet or exceed hourly performance goals.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance paired with effective communication skills.
  • A commitment to long-term career development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or maneuver over 100 pounds.
  • Capable of working with tools on vehicles raised above your head.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces as needed for repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Must be able to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Skilled in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Competent in navigating computer systems efficiently.
